Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Was there for us months after the sale. Highly recommend Joseph. Was in rental agreement with buyer who let us stay in the house for several months. After moving buyer did not want to refund our deposit. One phone call to Joseph and the buyer ended up returning our deposit.

Joseph E Smith has sold a house for us and found us a beautiful home back in Charleston at the perfect location! Right from the start, Joseph was very honest, open, and balanced with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my family and I about when I should list, how much I should list for, what could I reasonably expect from buyers’ offers. I truly believe he was able to get me the highest possible price along with the two month rent-back option I hoped for and he did it all in pretty much one weekend.
