TRUST Elizabeth! That slogan is no joke. This is the second time I've used Elizabeth; one time to purchase and this latest time was to sell the same home. Elizabeth is truly among the highest quality of realtor you can find anywhere. With her timely responses to texts and phone calls, to the quickness she has contractors on the phone to help facilitate any work needed to get done before the sale, she gets it done fast, painless, and done correct the first time. You can trust that she will tell you the truth good or bad with all information that she knows or is given. We did some quick updating in the basement to bring it up to more of the standard quality for my area, and it paid off for sure! House was under contract within the same day it was listed and with excellent terms for excellent people.

Elizabeth helped me with everything starting from recommendations to get the house ready for the market, fast listing, she was super proactive and super helpful every day of the process to get to listing fast and got my house sold super fast and that too in this COVID-19 age, she was more than phenomenal in handling everything right and guiding me throughout the process. I would highly recommend her to anybody who may need a realtor as honest and professional as her.

Elizabeth is incredibly knowledgeable about everything real estate - from the neighborhoods across Northern VA (down to the street), to all of the ins and outs of how to get the possible offer(s) for your home sale and how to win among multiple offers on your purchase. She goes above and beyond every step of the way. Elizabeth is definitely the person you want on your side in this fast-moving, competitive market!

Elizabeth is the BEST. My husband and I only had 20 days before we had to close due to a job change and Elizabeth went beast mode and found us the perfect house (not to mention beat out four other offers on the home to do so). This was our first home so we were a bit inexperienced but we took a shot and trusted Elizabeth to lead the way 100%. It was the best decision we could have made. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth, efficient and easy to understand for first time homebuyers. She hustles like no one I’ve ever met before. She is pure gold and I will be recommending her to friend and family for years to come.

Elizabeth helped us purchase our home in May of 2019, and we have struggled to write a review until now, just simply because there are no words to describe how amazing Elizabeth truly is. Her knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, and pure hustle is everything you could possibly need in a realtor. Not only does she know the ins-and-outs of every neighborhood in Northern Virginia, she possesses that rare ability to tirelessly out work the competition to ensure her clients get the house they want for the price they are willing to pay. From everything to showing to closing, she always had our complete trust (and frankly had our complete admiration for abilities). On top of her sheer expertise as a realtor, Elizabeth is simply an awesome person. She loves what she does and it shows, but she is also personable and a real pleasure to be around. She started as our realtor, but quickly became our friend, as we are sure happens with many folks that she helps.
