Dulce was always professional and punctual, considering that some of the properties we saw were quite a few miles apart. She has good knowledge of the local market and helped me negotiate so that my bid was accepted, even though there were multiple, (and higher), offers. A nice touch is that she brought my daughter and I some balloons and a gift when handing over the keys to our new home. - Mark

During a time where the inventory was super low and each house was getting over 20 bids, Dulce was the perfect Realtor to have. She kept her positive attitude the whole time, even though I wanted to give up several times. She drove from Santa Clarita to Simi Valley to the San Fernando Valley to ensure we checked off our box of potential areas we wanted to live in, putting in so many miles on our 7 month adventure. She was very informative the whole time and never pushed any house on us. Again, given the fact that it was a seller's market, she was resourceful in making our offer the most appealing. I appreciated the welcome basket at the end of the journey, my wife and I got was a nice touch. Dulce is definitely someone that stays in your life past the purchasing phase.

Dulce has been great to work with, her knowledge and experience makes the process seamless and not as stressful. She was so great in 2008 in buying my first home and even better in 2021 selling my same home. Her commitment supersedes any other agent.
