Drew Lowe and the entire Scott Team have been a joy to work with throughout the buying *and* selling process. Drew has been incredibly responsive--even while on vacation--and has advised us well (e.g. cautioning us against bidding too high on a particular home even though it would've meant a larger commission for him). Drew understands property values and helped us navigate a very competitive market in Columbia, MD, making sure we knew which homes were coming on the market and arranging showings/formulating offers in a timely manner. Buying a home can be a stressful process, and Drew's calm and optimistic demeanor enabled us to move through it with confidence. When it came to selling our home, Drew deftly switched strategies after the first buyers dropped out, and we ended up selling our home for more than that original contract. We picked the Scott Team because they had sold a number of homes in our development quickly and at a good price. After meeting Drew and Alicia at open houses, we were extremely impressed with them and chose them as the agents for selling our house. Drew was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and on top of everything that needed to be done. He always responded to our questions quickly with good and accurate answers. He has pleasant personality and was fun to work with. Throughout the sales process, he always gave us good advice, made us feel that he enjoyed working with us, and that he appreciated our home and the work we had put into it.
