Denny has been with us every step of the way since we first met him. He understood exactly what we wanted, and thanks to his intelligence and expertise, he was able to show us homes that perfectly matched our needs. During the home-buying process, we faced some challenging family situations. Denny approached our concerns with remarkable sensitivity and never made us feel like he was working with us just for business. At one point, due to financial complications, we were concerned that we might not secure a home. Denny personally visited us and, recognizing our worries about managing with our children, went above and beyond his role to help us find a temporary place to stay. Denny was very professional yet personable at the same time. He was detail-oriented and gave us his best effort. He made sure the process would go smoothly and surely and that you can trust him as your agent, since he’s a guy of numbers. I would highly recommend Denny!

DeJan Minoski really takes care of his clients. He will go out of his way to accommodate your needs and spend time and money to make sure everything goes smoothly. He has contacts/teams that will clean your house (he provides this service) before showing. His photographer is exceptional, it's professionally done with drone footage and there is a short house tour video with a voiceover that is provided as well. Constantly checks up on his clients asking how they are doing and if they have any questions. It's the accumulation of small things you notice when you work with Denny, such as a modern real estate sign in front of your house that has a LED lamp attached to it that makes it look sleek. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the current market. I honestly can't say enough good things about Denny and won't hesitate to use his services again.
