When we decided to sell our condo, we knew Dawn was the best person for the job. Dawn and Jim are extremely diligent, thorough, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. We decided to sell on the precipice of the market slowing down, which meant we were up against fewer buyers. However, Dawn was tenacious and persistent in helping us put our best foot forward to ensure the sale of our condo. We got an amazing offer, and we were thrilled with the outcome. When I made the decision to sell my condo, I was concerned that there were some low sales in my building in the months previously that could affect the outcome of my sale. Dawn stepped in and gave me the guidance I needed to prepare the condo so that it would show brilliantly. Then she navigated the marketing and showing of the property so that we ultimately got the top price in the building for that size condo. She kept me informed every step of the way and the transaction was a smooth one – closing in a record time of 20 days even with a loan. I’m thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Dawn and her team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property in OC

Dawn is the definition of a hands-on realtor, who goes above and beyond just getting a house bought or sold. She has the knowledge in the community to be able to look at a particular property and immediately know all about it -- i.e., it was built by such-and-such a builder, who used a particular type of plumbing twenty years ago, but changed their specifications 15 years ago. The other thing that I like about her is that she’s just trying to make a sale, but tells clients about options that might be better for the client, even if it means she doesn’t get a commission. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I was very happy with the job that Dawn and Jim did in helping me sell my property. Got a great price! We had a couple of issues on the buyers end that Dawn was able to navigate through with ease.

SOLD!!! Dawn Nicolaisen and Jim Dillman sold our home in one weekend with multiple offers. They are a dynamic father/daughter team and both offer superior customer service and knowledge! Truly the best realtors we have ever worked with; head and shoulders above the status quo. Both went above and beyond from beginning to end, and their response time is impressive. They helped our daughter and son in law buy a home in a competitive market; beating out the competition. We were so impressed we asked them to sell our home, and they were phenomenal.
