We met Kendra at an open house about 3 years ago, looking for a home in Mesa Verde. Over the years she kept in touch with us and we called on her when we needed vendors for a property we already owned, painters, termite etc. We shared what we were looking for, which specific neighborhoods in Mesa Verde we liked, size and and specs of our ideal next home. Over this time she often reached out with opportunities before they became available to the public, so amazing! In Dec. 2025 - she did just that and we immediately knew that this was it! She had a seller ready to sell and we were ready to buy in a dream neighborhood that she knew would be perfect for our needs and budget. The transaction went so smoothly, negotiations were wrapped up quickly leaving all parties feeling like it was a win, we'd actually call it FUN! We even met the sellers and learned about the family and their time in this charming home. Kendra is the quickest responder, willing to jump in and help in ANY way. Her expertise, living in Mesa Verde herself and with multi-generations of her family ahead of her, there can't be more of an area expert in Mesa Verde than Kendra. Every vendor she has referred us to has been responsive with best pricing at the same time. Will we use her again? ....we already are with another family member - and it is going just as smoothly. Kendra is a real pro and such a lovely person - you will have a new friend for life after working with her, we couldn't be more grateful.

Kendra was amazing. We had five houses competing with us and she never lost her confidence in our house selling. She recommended things and even though it was a lot of sweat she cheered us on and ours was the only one that sold in a month. Ours took two open houses and that was it. She knows her stuff and we were so blessed that she was not afraid to take it on. We highly recommend Kendra if you really want to sell. She is amazing. We highly recommend Kendra to anyone who is seriously considering selling their home. She is kind, encouraging, and optimistic. She keeps your confidence up and sees you to the finish line.
