Aimee is simply OUTSTANDING. I can't imagine having worked with anyone else to buy a home. Aimee and her team made the process incredibly easy. They took care of absolutely everything behind the scenes. She is undeniably an expert at both real estate and the local area/market. She was communicative, flexible with my schedule (as I was buying in NC while living in another state), and always available to answer my many questions. Her recommendations when it came to putting in an offer ensured I was both reasonable and competitive and that it closed quickly. HIGHLY recommend working with Aimee to buy/sell your next home!

Aimee was a pleasure to work with in selling my home. As a recent widow I felt stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed about the thought of moving. She left no stone unturned as she walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. She priced my home perfectly for the time and the market to where my home sold quickly for a very favorable price. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience! I worked with realtors for eight years as a real estate paralegal, and believe me… not all realtors are the same. Aimee is top notch!

We recently sold our home and contracted Aimee via the recommendation of a friend who had used her and her team in the past. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the sale. She and her team suggested a selling price and made us feel very at ease throughout the entire process. We did hit a few minor bumps in the road but her professionalism and confidence in the sale going through was a true blessing to the entire selling process. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying as I am confident she is a diligent and professional with either a sale or purchase.

My Experience working with Nancy was great. She found my home outside that her triangle MLS and went out her normal way to help me get this house. She knew everything that I needed for me to buy my first home. Very Responsiveness by e-mail and phone calls. Did awesome work during negotiation and got Evering thing that was needed. I was glad I was able to work with her.
