Working with the Wiser team was an absolute dream! We were out of state looking for a home in SLC and they hustled for us to the nth degree - they saw between 10 and 15 houses for us with very little notice, and provided trusted insight on the offer and negotiation process. These two don't waste time getting it done, and they know the industry and area super well. I would absolutely work with them again, and we recommend them to our friends!

We loved working with the Wiser team!! They recently helped our mom sell her home after moving to an independent living community. Two of us kids live out of state, so we were so grateful to find the Wiser team. They were SO patient with my mom’s questions, were very responsive with communication, paid attention to details, and did an overall awesome job! The staging and photography was beautifully done! They have an aggressive marketing no plan and the house was under contract quickly! I would 1000% use them again!

David and his team were amazing to work with! First time selling a home and they took all the stress out of the process and answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future ??

My wife and I had been looking to buy for sometime. Kristy had been speaking to my wife for likely about a year. We tried another agent in between then and now. He was alright. But, he was just about making a sale. He was abrasive and pushy. We let Dave know what we were hoping to buy and our price range. He was supportive and open about everything we could expect. I had some credit issues that we were able to overcome and Dave and his team never once made us feel stupid or annoying for all of the questions. They were practical, kind, and heard our needs and took us seriously. It was refreshing not feeling like I had to talk to a used car salesman every time we spoke. Dave and Kristy are the blueprint for what a realtor should be. I will use them again, as well as the inspector and mortgage company they recommended.

These guys and their entire team really go out to bat for you when it comes to buying a home. They know what they are doing, and they get to know you quite well to better meet your needs. We worked with them for over 4 months and they did not pressure us to buy anything. They always listen to our likes and dislikes and helped us find the perfect place for our family. We have loved working with this guys so much, than when we found the perfect home, it was sad to know that we would not see them as often anymore. :) Our house sold in 3 days, and we were not even ready for showings yet. These guys area amazing in what they do and very knowledgable of the market they work with. They made the sell of our home easy convenient and fast. Love them. We were able to close on our new home and sell our old home in less than a month.
