Working with Brad was like working with a family member. He was incredibly patient and insightful, and he never once made us feel pressured to do anything. When we were with him or communicating with him, Brad made my wife and I feel like we were the only people he was working with. He always made sure to give us his full attention through every step of the process and went well above and beyond the call to action. He was very upfront about the good, the bad, and the ugly and he seemed to know everything there was to know about every neighborhood and area we visited. His attention to detail and responsiveness in addition to his ability to pull a string through all the moving parts of the process, from mortgage to insurance to inspection, etc. was inspiring to say the least and left us feeling completely taken care of from start to finish. To top it all off, Brad continued past closing with providing us with trusted referrals for work needing to be done at our new home, and he continues to stay in touch since. I would refer Brad any day.

Brad does an amazing job marketing your house, sharing his knowledge of the area and being committed to completing transactions that make all parties involved feel heard. This is our second time selling a home through Brad and I will recommend him to others.

Marc is an amazing real estate agent who made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free.
