We bought our house in Serra Mesa in September 1993, it was our first house, and we made it our home. When the Navy took us out of San Diego it was put up as a rental. It was a very difficult decision to sell, and after 32 years it took an exceptional realtor to take us through the process. David is just that realtor. When we first met in July 2024, he did a thorough analysis of the condition of the house and couldn’t believe it had been a rental. We then talked about options for over three hours. We decided not to sell at that time, and over the next 7 months David was always available to answer all our questions. Finally in February 2025, we made the decision to place the house up for sale. The house needed a family to make it a home once again. There was never any question about who we wanted as our realtor. We wanted the best for the neighborhood and for us ~~ David is that realtor. From start to finish he had a plan. A very successful plan. He drew interest, held well planned open houses, and walked us through all the paperwork and final processes. We closed 30 days after the first offer. We don’t live in the area anymore and we absolutely trust him. He is professional and personable, very knowledgeable of the area, and was there for us. It was truly a pleasure working with David to sell our Sera Mesa home. He made the process so easy by constantly keeping us updated. We don't even live in the area and still had no issues with the sale. We highly recommend David if you are in the market to sell your home.

I looked at going with several realtors when I started the search for my first home. What I realized quickly was Daoud was the only one really listening to what I was looking for exactly. So I quickly chose Daoud to work with exclusively. In the first week he had me seeing EXACTLY the houses I was looking for. By week 2 I found my dream home because he had found it for me. Even in this “sellers” market Daoud negotiated a very reasonable price and fought hard for me to get the deal over several other buyers. Without Daoud I would have never found my dream home so quickly and painlessly. Would not work with anyone else!

As someone who was looking into buying their first home, I was worried about the process, who I would trust to be my realtor and how much they would assist me in the buying process. I met Daoud and from day 1 of looking at homes and putting in offers, he amazed me by his enthusiasm to find me the perfect home, his persistence through the escrow process and his willingness to go above and beyond until I was able to have keys in my hand. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, or even sell a home!

Let me start off by saying I’m a first time home buyer and just as important as it is to find the right home it’s equally important to find the right realtor. I was referred to Daoud by a family friend and I can see why. What I really loved about Daoud is I didn’t feel pressured or felt like I was dealing with a care salesman. He took his time to see what I truly wanted, needed, and what was best for my family. Boy, was he responsive I’m talking about 11 pm emails being sent to make sure my loan closes in time, checking in with me throughout the week, and even when everything was submitted and we were just waiting on the bank he would still let me know what was going on. He walked me though every step of the process and the platform they used was very user friendly. I enjoyed working with Daoud and when I asked how I could repay him back for all his hard work and dedication he was humble. He said the best tip you could give me is a referral and it real stuck with me. So I blew up all my contacts and blasted them his number. The guy is truly genuine and was looking out for me.
