Working with David turned out to be the best decision we ever made. The process of buying our first home in the super competitive Los Angeles market felt daunting, overwhelming and sometimes hopeless. We began this journey feeling really defeated. There was so much talk around us about how house prices were skyrocketing, home values were soaring and how great it was to be a seller - it felt like if you were a buyer, you were totally screwed. David changed all that for us and we are so grateful. David never wavered in his positivity and perseverance in helping us find the right home for our family. With David, no question was too foolish to ask.  He was always reachable and available to us and exceptionally patient with our many questions. We found David to be extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying; we trusted him completely and knew we were always in good hands. The amount of follow up and follow through on every detail of the process was truly impressive. He worked so closely with our lender making for an incredibly united team that helped us navigate the home-buying process. His communication was impeccable. We never felt we didn’t have a finger on where things were at. Even when dealing with difficult sellers, David navigated a possibly tricky situation with such grace and professionalism. He really made it possible to achieve our dream of buying our first home—something we always assumed was so out of reach. David made this all possible and we could not be happier.

David has been a pleasure to work with. He helped me buy and sell my home. David is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and passionate about his work. I appreciate all the times he spent with me and my husband in helping me sell and buy our forever home. I have worked with several real estate agents prior to working with David and would have to say that he is a "gold mine" in the real estate industry. While I was impatient thinking the buying and selling process was taking too long, David was reassuring that the right house will come at the right time. He was willing to show us homes and we would discuss the showings after, just so he could learn what we liked and disliked. He took time and effort to fully be involved in our home buying experience. I realized that I needed to re-evaluate my priorities in find the "perfect" home under his guidance. For example, I never wanted to have a flat roof home (which I currently do) and while David was understanding of this, I realized that this is a compromise I needed to make, especially when I walked into my current house and felt so elated to be in it. The house felt right and I never had that feeling when with any other home. He was patient with me as I came to this realization. Thinking back my first house feels like it was rushed most likely because I was inexperienced. I learned so much from David. David helped my wife and I find a beautiful new home (our second) as well as sell our old house. We've had experiences with other agents in the past when we purchased our first house, and the difference between our time with David and the other agents was night and day. He was incredibly patient with us during the whole process of looking for a new place and was a fantastic advocate as well. I never felt like David was pushing us to purchase any given house - he always had our best interests at heart. David was open and honest with his opinions on any house we viewed, and we truly valued the knowledge he imparted to us. David was also very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. When selling our old house, David and his partner in the Real Estate Dads, Adam Rosal, provided great advice for updates to the home to make it more marketable, and they conducted a couple of great open houses that helped get the home a lot of exposure. We were able to not only meet the expected price they set but actually exceed it by a significant amount. David really helped make the process as least stressful as possible, and as parents of a toddler, we truly appreciated the help. All in all, I could not be happier with David as our agent and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home. If ever we are looking for a new house in the future, David will be the first person we call.

David is extremely knowledgeable and loves to educate his clients. He really looked out for us when it came to the process of selling our house as well as the purchasing our new home. He was always available for any question or concern we had and walked us through every step.
