If you are looking for a top of the line realtor, we would highly recommend David. I chose David to list my home in Crystal River mainly because he was one of the early believers in the Zillow world when it comes to the web. After two months trying FSBO. I decided to go with David and he did a great job with the 3D video and within three days he brought a buyer and it under contract. The sale went smoothly without a hitch.
