First off let me begin by saying that buying or selling a house is a stressful experience in and of itself. So to have an experienced professional like David, who just so happens to be a hell of a human being, helping your family be in the best position to win, was service above and beyond his work description. His expertise was spot on and far exceeded that of realtors I dealt with in the past. His attention to every detail was unmatched. But the best thing about him is he just cared. His heart was evident and that made the whole process easier on us. He’s a damn good realtor but he’s an even better human being. He’s an asset to the company he works for. They should be happy to have him. I’m sure he’s underpaid, the great ones always are….anyway, whenever I buy or sell a house in the future, the first person I’m calling is David. It’s the best decision you can make.

David was excellent in providing advice and knowledge on the local housing market. He was very responsive for any inquiries and always made time available for any questions I had. The selling rocess was smooth and he handled negotiations with the buyer professionally as well as made sure to inform me of anything that popped up along the way in a timely manner. I would highly recommend David as a realtor and will be using him again in the future.
