David's knowledge of the market and the process of selling a house in quick order was very helpful to me. I listed my house on a Friday afternoon and entered into a contract the following morning. The sale of my house was finalized about a month later. I couldn't be happier with the results and I would recommend David to anyone thinking about listing the home with David.

David helped our family tremendously with the home buying process, as it could have been extremely stressful in that we were moving from abroad, had little knowledge of the area, and had a tight timeframe in which to buy. David guided us through all these challenges by speaking with us about the market, neighborhoods, and with his willingness to visit and/or speak with sellers and his overall responsiveness. We appreciated his insight, candor and expertise of not only the local housing market, but how it fit within national trends and his knowledge of the Columbus metropolitan area. David helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Since this was our first home, we had a TON of questions and David helped answer all of them. He provided resources for us to put in an appropriate offer and was really responsive and quick to get us into houses we wanted to view. He also gave us the sense of deep understanding of the areas we were looking in and never pushed us into anything. This market is very tricky and having such a helpful guide directly benefited us in finding and buying our home, I would highly recommend David.
