My experience was 3.5 up to 4 Racquel is very knowledgeable but I didn’t feel she had my best interest at heart. I would recommend her with this understanding that you must have legitimate legal representation to have your best interests. There were a few things that I didn’t obtain during this transaction which I was very disappointed. However overall it was definitely a 3.5 or 4. I did explain my frustration with her and we disagreed. FYI legal representation is your responsibility not your agent.

Racquel was absolutely GREAT to work with! Her professionalism and expertise made the whole process of marketing and selling our property painless. She answered my many questions patiently and offered extremely thoughtful advice many times during the sale. Late one Friday afternoon she even drove across town to retrieve a set of house keys! That's just one example of the several times she went "beyond the call of duty". Racquel is definitely who we'll work with in the future!

Racquel and her team did an outstanding job selling my house. From the photos to the open house and the listings, everything was very professional and top notch quality. She and her team were always responsive to any questions I had and continuously kept me up to date. Highly recommended.
