Racquel was absolutely GREAT to work with! Her professionalism and expertise made the whole process of marketing and selling our property painless. She answered my many questions patiently and offered extremely thoughtful advice many times during the sale. Late one Friday afternoon she even drove across town to retrieve a set of house keys! That's just one example of the several times she went "beyond the call of duty". Racquel is definitely who we'll work with in the future!

5-Star Service. If you want a knowledgeable, capable, helpful, responsive and efficient realty team you MUST go with The Ludaway Group. I first became acquainted with Racquel when I purchased my home and she acted as my buyer’s agent. I promised her when I sold I would have her act as the seller’s agent. Many approached me, but I wanted to remain loyal and get the job done right. I sold my home while working and residing in another city 150 miles away. Whatever I requested they obliged.( I would encourage you to have someone give you an overview of the process, so you know what to expect , what to ask for, and what team member to follow-up with.) I was the party that faltered along the journey, but did they ever make me feel bad? No. Did they go above and beyond to make sure we were ready for closing? Yes. This does not mean you abuse them b/c they are so gracious. But truly appreciate them during the process b/c you will not encounter this level of service with home buying/selling. Racquel’s team comprising of Leticia and Lara work seamlessly to ensure that your questions are answered and needs are met. Racquel initially linked me with my lender that I will be using on my next purchase. And b/c I trust her so, she is giving me referrals for my next agent. Her team and professional contacts are solid. You cannot go wrong with this team. I adore Racquel and she has surrounded herself with a team that mirrors her awesomeness!
