Nicole was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but is overall an amazing person inside and out. She truly cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to make the next chapter in their life’s possible. She stuck by our side until the very end to make sure we found our dream home. Nicole is an amazing agent. Her knowledge, negotiation skills, and determination is unmatched. Over year and half time span Nicole showed us more than 40 homes , negotiated several bids always making sure we were in the best position as buyers. She introduced us to beautiful neighborhoods in Stockton, Tracy, Modesto and surrounding cities that I didn't know existed. When we found the perfect home Nicole made process the process extremely easy, insuring we understood every step. Which was amazing since we we where first time buyers.

Darrin and his team are absolutely incredible! My wife and I were working directly with Darrin to find a house for approximately a year. Throughout that year, Darrin was in constant communication with us, no matter what time or day it was. Darrin was incredibly attentive to our needs and made a huge effort to help us actively search for our perfect home. Throughout our search, Darrin never rushed us and always gave us his full support. Darrin made us a priority and would do his best to adjust his schedule around our needs. He even scheduled impromptu home tours, within hours, if we found something we really liked.
