Ruby and Audrey Magaña patiently worked with us for over 7 months until we eventually found the perfect home for our family. This was through various hiccups with unexpected life events (good and bad). The part I loved the most was this: they at no point pressured us into considering homes that either - 1. Didn’t fit our aesthetic, or 2. Didn’t meet our non-negotiable criteria. They’ve always had our best interest in mind and were transparent through the entire process (even if it meant that we wouldn’t go through with it). I have nothing but good things to say about them. Family member distraught death of familly member, issues with the will/ trust of house, house in complete disarray needed help. I referred them to Darrin. Darrin came in assest the house value, ball park repairs, set a good starting point to list house. Assist with landscape work needed. Contacted family attorney set a time line and explain all steps needed. Then when title cleared Darrin listed property, marketed towards the likely buyers, got not only a amazing price but great terms. The transaction closed with out one issue. The best price was great, but the professionalism and knowledge to stear through a distressed, troubled titled property, took all the stress off the family. Above and beyond does not begin to explain how awwsome Darrin did in this transaction. Thank you so much Darrin!

If you’re looking to sell your house Darrin DeSilva is your guy, he sold our house the first week it went on the market. This is the second house he has sold for our family and we both were very satisfied. Darrin always returned our emailed, text and phone calls promptly he never left us waiting. Plus, he has a great personality and is very professional.
