We cannot recommend Nicole enough! From start to finish, her communication was absolutely outstanding. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question quickly, and made sure we always knew what was happening throughout the process. What meant the most to us was her honesty and integrity. She was always upfront, gave us realistic expectations, and truly had our best interests at heart. Selling a home can be stressful, especially with difficult buyers, but she fought for us every step of the way and never backed down when it came to protecting us and our home. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. We always felt like we had someone in our corner. If you are looking for someone who will communicate, be honest, and truly advocate for you, she is the one. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for our family!

I’m a first time buyer and Nicole went up and beyond. From the beginning to the end she was there answering questions, checking in, and working with the lenders to make the escrow process smooth. I will recommend Nicole to my family and friends who are looking at selling or buying a home.

Nicole was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but is overall an amazing person inside and out. Nicole is an amazing agent. Her knowledge, negotiation skills, and determination is unmatched. Over year and half time span Nicole showed us more than 40 homes , negotiated several bids always making sure we were in the best position as buyers. She introduced us to beautiful neighborhoods in Stockton, Tracy, Modesto and surrounding cities that I didn't know existed. When we found the perfect home Nicole made process the process extremely easy, insuring we understood every step. Which was amazing since we we where first time buyers.
