Darrell was great to work with and played a huge role in successfully selling my house in Grand Rapids. He was always available to answer questions and offered helpful advice on how to prepare and present my home. His knowledge and support made the whole process much easier than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Darrell to anyone looking to sell their home.

Darrell and his team were invaluable in helping us find and secure our home, in a time that was tough as a buyer. That is after they helped us sell our first home at or above what current market value was at the time. Every issue that did or could have affected the entire process was taken care of, so the only stress we encountered was signing our names on the dotted line committing to such a commitment (which he and his team were also able to talk us off the ledge on). 10/10 would recommend; thanks Icon!

Eric was great through the whole process of selling our home. We listed, showed, and closed our home all in less than 3 weeks! Highly recommend Eric as he is communicative, thorough, and supportive. Very honest and realistic!

Darrell and his entire team are truly exceptional to work with! Initially, we were dreading the whole process of trying to sell our home, but Darrell walked us through it every step of the way, and in the end it actually ended up being a pleasant experience--something we never thought possible! Darrell is a real estate expert in every sense of the word. Not only is he highly competent and experienced, but he is professional, personable, honest, fair and transparent. His response times were always prompt and he is a great communicator. He worked really hard behind the scenes on our behalf, and as a result absorbed a lot of the stress for us. Everything regarding our home sale went according to plan, as Darrell predicted it would. Actually, it ended up turning out even better than we had hoped for, as Darrell was able to negotiate over our asking price for us; had a home inspection waived; and gained us extended possession time so we can remain in our current home until our new construction home is finished.
