Lindsay was great! She was very knowledgeable about areas & builders. She has also built great relationships with lenders and title companies so that we were able to do one stop shopping. She also networks with other agents so that negotiations were easier. Would definitely recommend and will use her again when we move on to our next adventure!

I have worked with Lindsay to sell multiple home. I will keep doing that. She knows the area, pricing, negotiating and does a great job helping to make homes look great to get top dollar. I appreciate Lindsay.

Lindsay was an excellent professional to work with and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Kind, very understanding and patient with a first time homebuyer. She made the process seamless and was very attentive. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My experience with Lindsay was fantastic. With my little knowledge of the housing market I needed someone who would understand and be attentive to what I was looking to accomplish within my financial limitations. Lindsay delivered on every aspect while showing me possibilities that checked as many boxes on my list as possible. She kept notes on my likes and dislikes and made sure we focused on searches with them in mind. My need for a new home became increasingly urgent thru the immediate selling of my home and thanks to Lindsay's searches focused on my criteria we were able to find my new home in time. I believe that without Lindsay's calm and focused attention I would not have effectively completed this journey. Lindsay was a Godsend!! She also has a very effecient supporting team.

We truly could not have bought our first home without Lindsay. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us being first time buyers. We had extremely variable work life and she was so flexible making any hours work for us to go see houses/meet with her. Not only did she do her job wonderfully but she provided us with a sense of comfort during this very stressful time. We trusted her fully and held her opinion in the highest regard. I could not recommend her and her company enough. I have recommended her to everyone I know buying/selling a house, and we look forward to hopefully working with her again when we decide to sell our house.
