My sister and I interviewed 3 or 4 agents to help us sell our childhood home after our Mom passed away. We were both drawn to Matt's friendliness, local expertise, and his knowledgeable, confident, calm, low-pressure approach. Our house had some blemishes, and as novice home sellers we had concerns. But Matt was very helpful, responsive, and thorough in giving us advice, helping coordinate a few specialty services, and keeping us on track to prepare the home for an ideal sale date. Matt helped arrange for furniture donations and junk removal, yard cleanup, photography, a nice listing, a thriving open house, and ultimately a sale well over asking. We really appreciated having Matt in our corner. We anticipated a highly stressful few months, but Matt kept us comfortable and confident, and we walked away feeling far better than we anticipated about the whole thing. thank you Matt!

April was amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond, she listened and most importantly, she cares! Once I fell asleep and she came to check on me, sncerely concerned. I appreciate every minute with her.
