Porchlight Bay Area Review I recently sold my San Jose condominium in a relatively tough real estate market, compared with 2024. Danny and his team did an outstanding job helping me sell my property at 7.5 percent above the listing price. They found excellent contractors to remodel my property at a low cost, ensuring I stayed within a strict budget. Similarly, the staging was amazingly affordable for the Bay Area. Communications were a breeze, as the entire team was quick to respond and stay updated with new developments. The Open House was beautifully done and attracted an excellent turnout. Last year I found myself unemployed. I was fortunate enough to find a job three months later. However, the position meant I needed to move my family of six across the country. Kayla keeps spamming my cell phone, trying to get a listing for a house that isn't for sale. Quite unprofessional, and a sign that she doesn't get enough repeat customers to maintain her business (make your own interpretations...)

Highly recommend! Working with Danny made the buying process so easy. After 3 years of trying to buy a home, a friend suggested we try a new agent and referred us to Danny. Within 30 days of looking with Danny, we had an offer accepted. On top of this, we always thought buyers in the Bay Area had to just accept whatever the seller required for terms, but Danny was able to negotiate a longer closing period so that we could get a lower rate on our loan. His expertise and experience really made the difference for us and I couldn't be more grateful. To top it off, I have to say his patience, reassurance and communication went above and beyond. I was both nervous and burnt out from trying to compete in the insanely competitive Bay Area market, and Danny held my hand throughout everything. Danny and his team are top notch, you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.
