Danielle was truly wonderful to work with. It was our first time selling a house, and she was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. She has such a warm and comforting presence and made what could have been an intensely stressful process into a much smoother one. She gave us good advice while always staying respectful towards our needs and choices. If we ever need another realtor in the area, we would gladly work with her again, and would highly recommend her to anyone in the Denver/Aurora area!

We recently sold our house and chose Danielle Dolan as our agent. We were very happy with her and her team and would recommend her services to anyone we know. From the first time we sat down with her to discuss selling, up to and after closing, Danielle and her very capable and friendly team, were professional and very easy to work with. Danielle offered excellent advice and guidance for preparing the house for market. The communication with her and her team was great at each step of the process and when we did have questions they were always answered very promptly. The services she uses in her business from photographers to title company were all equally professional, easy to work with and did an outstanding job. All of this added up to a very smooth selling process with no surprises and great results.

My husband and I had the opportunity of working with Danielle recently, and she was the absolute best! You will not find a more patient, hard working, and professional realtor. She was proactive in informing us of crucial deadlines, details, and information we would not have been aware of otherwise. She was always available to answer questions. She was versed in dealing with other agents; any issues were quickly resolved. This was a big thing for my husband and I as we are somewhat new to Colorado. We are very grateful that she was our realtor and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.

Danielle was absolutely awesome!! We had actually left the country on vacation when she was doing a "coming soon". The house ended up selling for over list before it even officially hit the market. The preparation that she put into the sale of the house was amazing. The photos/video of the house was more than we could've expected. The only drawback was that we didn't get to work with her longer:).

Tommy did an outstanding job helping me find and buy an entry-level condo in the Denver market. We found the perfect condo and I made an offer but then a bidding war ensued. Tommy‘s knowledge and experience guided me through the bidding process and I ended up being the lucky homeowner. I was very grateful for Tommy‘s negotiation skills and his accessibility and patience with me as I sorted out what I needed and where I wanted to live. I never felt pressured. Tommy guided me through every step of the home buying process and helped me feel confident with my new purchase , I love my new home.
