I want to start off my review by saying yes call and make an appointment to talk with Daniel ! From our first meeting Daniel was super open and forward about what to expect going forward and took his time to explain everything. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about starting our home buying journey. But after our first meeting with Daniel we knew we wanted him on our team. Not only was he highly recommended by a friend, but he also earned our trust from that very first meeting. He helped us and answered any question we had throughout the process. His years of experience were displayed with every showing we had and with every piece of advice he gave a long the way. The team he has created for himself allowed us to have access to a loan officer, home inspector & attorney all with years of experience. With Daniels help we were able to receive credits to be able to close with zero down. Something we were not expecting as first time buyers. I can’t thank Daniel enough for everything he has done for my family & I. And will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a relator.

He was really attentive, he knew what we were looking for and found it for us. He’s really good at connecting with people and getting to know them and what they like. He has a good personality and is cheerful and makes looking for houses exciting and fun.

This was my third time working with Daniel- he found my 1st property, which he negotiated a great deal. Thanks to his expertise my condo was sold in under 24 hours! Under Daniel's guidance I was able to then purchase a house that checked off the boxes for me. Daniel has a great network of attorneys, lenders, contractors, handymen, etc. that alleviates the stress that comes with buying/selling a home.

Daniel was recommended to me by family members who all had a very good experiences. I had got in contact with Daniel in late July and from moment on I felt my home buying experience just turned for the better! Daniel would respond to any emails, text or phone calls in a timely manner. He would send me listing that were fresh on the market and also did a very good job at respecting the times you are able to view homes and tries every bit to accommodate. For example I was mostly only able to view homes on Saturday or Sunday and so Daniel would do every bit to make sure to group up viewings so we could see 2-4 homes each time we met. Right at the start of October I had put my offer in on what would become my dream home! A closing date was set for the following month in November and everything just fell right into place! Overall I was highly satisfied with my home buying experience with Daniel! Just as he was recommended to me, I will gladly recommend him to anyone looking to buy!
