Dan is a true professional and master of the craft. His years of experience and knowledge is packaged with outstanding communication that is crystal clear and simple. He is quick to action and worked in our best interests when purchasing our new home. I appreciate his in depth knowledge of current market trends along with his extensive experience that allowed to to accurately guide us on cause and effects through current market cycles. He doesnt just show you homes for the sake of "filling" in fodder - the homes suggested to view were aligned to our wants and dont wants - making our home buying experience as succinct and precise and not a waste of our (collectively) time and efforts. From getting our offer submitted, accepted, and throughout the process to close Dan and his team are the "Goldiocks" of communications. Not everyday but just the right cadence to keep us updated in the know and not feel like the deal is falling off the rails. All in all Dan was so impressive - we retained him to sell our previous home - All in all if you need representation on any real estate deal - I highly recommend him and the team overall!

I was contacted by Dan by a text asking if i needed a realtor. He apparently got my name from some research I was doing online. .He sounded like very competent and knowledgeable when i made an appointment to meet him. He accompanied me on only 1 house showing. Other times he would make excuses that he had to go to Florida cause his Dad was ill or other reasons that became a habit. i stayed with him as a client from January to May and he never sent me any possible condos to view. He finally called me and tried to drop me as a client saying that he needed to be in Florida and was afraid he couldn't do the job I entrusted to him. he told me that he wouldn't get insulted if I found another realtor. I finally moved on and hired a very reliable realtor that helped me get the property of my choice. Dan is a nice guy, but, as some people told me, most of his business was in Florida. So, why bother pursuing me as client from the start?

I happen to be one of the lucky individuals. I was made aware of Dan Adams as a realtor when my brother decided to sell his home in Delray. The family was very involved and I watched from a distance. The sale went well for my brother and family. When it was time for me to sell our second home I did not hesitate. I called my sister and asked for his contact info. I called Dan Adams and requested that he meet me the following weekend. I asked him to be my realtor and handed him the keys, then flew back home to Long Island, New York. He became my general contractor and helped me to navigate upgrades for presentment. All this attention to detail during unprecedented times of COVID-19. We communicated through text messages, paperwork through emails, and many times, phone conversations when I just needed to hear his voice when I had questions. Hardworking, available at all times, full of integrity and worthy of my trust. I highly recommend Dan Adams as your realtor, based on my exceptional personal experience. I received my asking price!

From the moment we met Dan we knew he'd be the perfect RE agent for us. He listened to everything we had to say, asked very proper questions, and suggested a time frame for us that turned out to be excellent. He made our buying experience stress free and actually enjoyable (never thought I'd be saying that). He replied to every text message, email and phone call immediately. We met several realtors and Dan's personality won us over. He heard us, he listened and understood our goals. He gave weekly feedback which is what I requested, and when offers came in he talked us through the process, never once did he influence us in any way but instead he remained open, communicated to us when we needed to understand something and waited for us to decide if the offer was right for us. He didn't come to us with the let's lower price game but instead we priced right and were able to sell our home in a timely fashion. I recommend Dan Adams when you're looking to buy or sell your home.
