I had a house to sell with a difficult financial situation, and I live out of state. Laurie knew exactly how to list it to make it work. She also had solid local contacts for repair and junk removal. These people were available immediately. If I had tried to find someone it would have taken weeks. Laurie always responds to texts quickly, and I always felt she kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I highly recommend Laurie and her team. They got me to the finish line with an offer much higher than I thought I could get.
