Choosing Lisa as my realtor was the one of the best moves I made as a first time homebuyer. She is a Long Island native and had great understanding of the island, and knew which areas worked best for my commute to work. She also understood my preferences for a home. Together, we sifted through countless listings, weighed the pros and cons and narrowed down to 5-6. Remarkably, Lisa was able to organize showings for all listings onto one single Saturday. There was one particular house I fell in love with. Lisa did not disappoint and delivered with her negotiation skills, as we came out on top from multiple offers. I was more than satisfied that I won my dream house, but Lisa's support extended far beyond the negotiation table. Her extensive network of industry contacts—including reliable home inspectors, attorneys, and banks—were invaluable. Her trusted referrals alleviated so much of the stress and saved me tons of time and research. All in all, this home buying process was extremely smooth and streamlined, thanks to Lisa, and I'm very glad I did my research and found her. It was a pleasure working with Lisa to sell our home. She helped us get the home in shape to be listed as well as helped recommend attorneys to ensure the entire process was as smooth as possible. We were not physically present in the country so it was critical for us to be able to find someone who understood our predicament and helped us get through the process and Lisa provided just that.
