I am so glad that I hired Lisa to sell my Coop/Condo! She is such an experienced professional who knows what it takes to sell a property. She is extremely organized and pays attention to every detail, while also focusing on the big picture. I was living several hours away from this property at the time, so I needed someone who I could count on to handle every issue since I was not nearby. When I first met her, she provided a clear and detailed overview of the process and answered all of my questions so thoroughly. I quickly felt at ease knowing that she would work tirelessly to sell my unit and be responsive to my needs. She is always available via text or a phone call to address any issue or concern. Her communication style and responsive is best in class. When I was ready to sell the unit, she provided me feedback on how to prepare/stage the property for sale. She prepared a thorough comparative analysis of similar sales and priced the property perfectly! Ultimately, the result speaks for itself - after 7 days on the market, she had obtained multiple offers over the listing price! I was wowed! She handled any issue that arose leading up to closing. I had so much confidence in her that I used the attorney on her team as my attorney at closing. Great job Lisa!

Lisa is responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. The process of purchasing your first home can be daunting but Lisa helped us navigate the process with ease. Would highly recommend reaching out to her if you're looking to buy/sell a home!

Lisa is an excellent realtor! We have both sold AND bought with her as our agent and she was at our side every step of the way! You never have to worry about anything with Lisa. I worked with Lisa in 2019 when I was selling a home in Massapequa, NY as I was relocating to FL. Lisa went above and beyond in selling my home. I came back to NY in 2022 and Lisa was the only real estate agent I reached out to so I could find a home in Long Island to be closer to my family. Lisa was an outstanding realtor that went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She took the lead in marketing and vetting all potential buyers. Overall We are very happy with choosing her for our house sale.
