Dan helped represent me in purchasing a house in Newport Beach. Despite coming from LA, Dan had so much knowledge on Orange County from school districts, neighborhoods and other financials you look at when purchasing your home. Dans knowledge and guidance helped us find our dream home in our dream neighborhood to raise our children. After some negotiating, Dan was able to secure the house we spent 6 months hunting for.
