We appreciate how professional and knowledgeable Dan Hendrix (with expo ) was in getting our house sold. When we hired Dan we had 3 escrow fail. Dan came in and made a wonderful video presentation, worked on open houses and followed up with possible buyers. He sold our home for a great price and helped us though the closing process. We have worked with Dan twice in the last 4 years. First time was in 2019, he helped us sell our Burbank house in 10 days. We bought another place in Tarzana, flipped that property in 2023 and that property sold after only 3 days thanks to Dan's specific strategy. He's a great negotiator and both times we got way above asking price. Next to we buy or sell, Dan Hendrix is our first call!

Dan has assisted us in two separate transactions over the past couple years. We reached out to him the second time because of the great experience we had working with him the first time around. He responds to texts and emails within a few hours, takes the time to ensure all questions are answered, and generally makes the extra effort to make the client experience more pleasant.
