I worked with Jason Schneider on the sale of my condo. I was nervous going into the process, but Jason assuaged my fears by demonstrating his years of experience doing this. The selling process was so easy; Jason pretty much handled everything himself, from getting the condo cleaned and painted to negotiating hard for a great sale price for my unit, much more than I initially expected. Jason was fantastic and I'd definetly have him represent my interests in the future if I ever need a realtor again.
