A big shout out and thank you to Jason Schneider, our Lead Agent, and the entire team at Tom & Cindy and Associates for their hard work and assistance in selling our home. We decided on them as they have been an integral part of the Kingstowne area for many years and are in-tune with the heartbeat of the community. We had already purchased a residence out of state, so Jason not only sold our Virginia home but did all the ground work in getting it ready for the real estate market. He took care of everything…worked with the HOA, the cleaners, the painters, made sure all things needing done were done prior to listing, was a great negotiator, and kept us informed every step of the way. This relieved a great deal of stress on us since we had just driven 1600+ miles cross county and were dealing with other life stressors. He was always timely in responding to telephone calls, emails and texts, and always took time to answer questions. I loved that when he said he’d do something, he did it. Jason was always punctual, professional and personable…plus he is a fellow Veteran… another valuable way we connected with him. Jason Schneider of Tom & Cindy and Associates was the lead agent. Jason was very knowledgeable of the current market in the area. He helped determine a sales price based on other sales prices of comparable houses in the same zip code and the current mortgage rates. He also was able to limit my closing costs when the buyer requested credits based on the inspection for closing. I was kept fully appraised of the situation at all times. It was well worth hiring Jason and company.
