Kristina was amazing! Her expertise and knowledge surpassed all expectations. She was prepared with data (first ever to do that), experience and support to make the sale of our home in this current crazy market simple and painless. She truly listened to our needs and met them exceedingly. Her insight and experience allowed us the peace of mind to walk through the process without the pressure of having to check every step of the way. Her patience and kindness were added bonuses! Kristina has been SO great to work with! She was always proactive with communicating every step of the way. We purchased from out of state and we always felt taken of and in the loop on everything. Her video walkthroughs of homes were extremely detailed and she pointed out things we wouldn't have known to look out for. When we got emotional she was there to lend an ear and help us to think clearly. She's the BEST realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you for helping us find our dream home, Kristina!

Kristina helped us buy our first house in Austin. She is knowledgeable of the area, answered many questions we had as first time home owners ... She was also very patient ... never pushed us to offer on a house we didn't like. She was always available for showings. She is a great realtor and we would definitely recommend her to our friends and family

It was incredible working with Kristina. She was basically our eyes throughout the process as we were residing in a different state. Her insight into the area, properties helped us a lot and put us at ease during the stressful time of making offers in this crazy market. She went out of her way to help us with a lot of things and I really appreciate that. Definitely recommend her to help get your home. She is great at what she does!

Kristina helped us close on a home in Dec 2021. She was also our realtor for the condo we purchased in 2018. We trust her completely. She was there every minute that we needed her, always knowing what the next step was, always going the extra mile to make sure we stayed on top of tight deadlines. She helped us negotiate our current home with multiple offers—her experience helped us know what adjustments to make to our offer and she whole heartedly celebrated with us when ours was accepted. And we would not have made it through to closing without her. While we were under contract she helped us manage and negotiate very extensive repairs to the entire house. She’s honest, responsive, not afraid of hard work (totally supportive of us when we pulled out of one contract bc we found a house we liked better). If/when we buy again, she will be who we call!
