Excellent experience with Cord; he helped guide the home search away from properties that would legitimately have not been ideal investments despite my enthusiasm for them. He was also transparent about builder quality which was crucial as a first time home buyer; I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Peter Riggs, with Athens Greater Properties, was incredible throughout the process of helping my husband and me find our house and close on it. While looking, he was knowledgeable about the houses and neighborhoods we looked at, and if he did not know an answer immediately, he was quick to find it and communicate with us. He remembered our priorities in a house and assisted to ensure that we found everything that we were looking for. He communicated well between the sellers and us, and ensured that all of our questions were answered and that we were aware of each step in the process. I believe that he truly cared that my husband and I got a house that we loved and felt so supported the whole time! If we ever sell or look again, we will definitely plan to utilize Peter again!
