Peter Riggs, with Athens Greater Properties, was incredible throughout the process of helping my husband and me find our house and close on it. While looking, he was knowledgeable about the houses and neighborhoods we looked at, and if he did not know an answer immediately, he was quick to find it and communicate with us. He remembered our priorities in a house and assisted to ensure that we found everything that we were looking for. He communicated well between the sellers and us, and ensured that all of our questions were answered and that we were aware of each step in the process. I believe that he truly cared that my husband and I got a house that we loved and felt so supported the whole time! If we ever sell or look again, we will definitely plan to utilize Peter again!

I cannot recommend Cord enough as a buyer's agent. He was so patient with me as I scoured the market for something that met my particular needs. He was very detail oriented and thorough in his evaluation of homes and his connections with quality local services like inspectors, roofers, etc cannot be understated. Cord is a skilled negotiator and helped me get a very good price on my new home. He was truly a pleasure to work with and get to know!

We bought and sold in Athens, GA through Cord. When buying, we initially had to rely on him online via Zillow (from out of state). And when selling, I had to rely on him again while having picked up and left the state. On both ends he was excellent. He gives sound advice and was thoroughly reliable.

Jennifer went above and beyond assisting us with not 1, but 2 offers. The 1st inspection report wasn't to our liking and we had to cancel the offer. She accepted this with grace and understanding. She helped immensely in assisting us and our daughter in buying a home sight unseen. Very knowledgeable in the process of helping us in paperwork while we are clear across the country.
