My partner and I are such nesters that we'd been in the same home for 17 years. LOTS has changed during that time. In March, we began shopping for an upgrade, and we contracted Sarah to sell our home and help us find and navigate buying our new home, and we are so glad that we did. We were initially reassured by her being a high volume seller and by the five star reviews. She has a rock star team that backs her, and she GETS IT DONE. She helped us navigate every step of selling, getting a great arrangement on our new mortgage and buying. She had our previous home sold within less than 90 days. We did back to back closings, closing on our new home, moving and closing on the sale of our old home within a week. She reviewed every document, negotiated on our behalf, and most importantly, was a constant source of reassurance and hope during a stressful time that had me not always behaving nicely. She is, quite simply, as good as they come, and we recommend her without reservation.

Sarah was so thorough and helpful in every way possible. As a first time homebuyer I had many hesitations and concerns, and she was outstandingly patient and communicative through the entire process. I couldn't recommend working with someone more than Sarah. What a wonderful experience!
