Melinda is truly an above and beyond realtor! We were moving from out of state and on top of helping us find the best property she helped be our person on the ground assisting with anything that needed to be done in person while we were out of state. She was extraordinarily responsive- always answering our emails or text very promptly. She made selling our family home of 68 years stress free for our family! She was very attentive and helpful to each of us and was understanding of each of our emotions regarding selling of the property. She was always there for any questions or concerns no matter how small. The three of us felt she gave us great advice from beginning to end that was valuable in our decisions.
