We were incredibly fortunate to work with Chuck Chandler to purchase our home. Chuck was always readily available and down to earth. He was realistic and helped us negotiate in a tough market. He’s also been very helpful in helping us make connections with good people (handyman, landscaping, etc.) in the Athens area. Couldn’t recommend more.

Chuck was attentive and always timely when it came to communication. We were able to get seller credits as he did a good job negotiating. We definitely love our new house.
