Colleen represented us really well as buyers and helped guide us on the homes, market, purchasing process, negotiation, referrals… everything. I appreciate her responsiveness and willingness to push for our interests and even managing the other side as well as one can. 11/10 would recommend.

Colleen is simply great to work with. She's very knowledgeable about the local market and is one of the top agents in the area. She helped us both sell our current home and purchase a new house for our growing family. While selling our home, she worked with us to identify improvement areas that would maximize our sale price, while still remaining budget conscious. She also beautifully staged our home and ultimately sold our property above our desired price point before it even went on the market! What more could you ask for? While purchasing our new home she provided customized property recommendations daily, ensuring we wouldn't miss our dream home. When it came time to make an offer on our new home she provided both a recommended starting offer and negotiation strategy, based on her analysis of the local market, which she was very transparent in sharing with us. Her objective, data-driven, no-nonsense approach put us at ease throughout the entire process. She's a 10/10 realtor that I can't recommend more strongly.

I had a fantastic experience with Colleen Miklus as my real estate agent. She is so knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and upbeat! I had never sold a house, and Colleen provided excellent guidance. I felt so much better after our very first meeting. I had to clear out 40 years' worth of belongings to get the house sold. It was taking me forever. Colleen advised to sell soon, as it was a strong market. Colleen packed so many boxes for me, which was above and beyond what I expected. She also obtained boxes for packing and had a rug removed from high up on a wall. An upstairs bathroom sprung a leak, and Colleen found the water when she arrived at the house. I was on my way to the airport! Colleen shut off the water and arranged for a plumber to repair the leak. She is an angel in human form! Colleen and I were in complete agreement on the listing price. As she predicted, it was a hot market. We received multiple offers over asking price in one week. I recommend Colleen to everyone I know. When I need a real estate agent again, I am only calling Colleen.

Colleen was very helpful in guiding us through the selling process, especially since it was the first time we'd sold a house. She has multiple ways to reach her and was prompt with responses to all of our questions. She helped us identify ways to optimize the house for sale and was incredibly supportive throughout. She helped us buy this house and we liked working with her so much that we turned to her when it was time to sell it again.
