I bought my house through Colleen 4 years ago. It was my first home purchase. It was also a short sale financed with an FHA loan. Colleen worked with all these challenges and was terrific. She went above and beyond so many times I couldn't believe it. She always treated me with respect and patience, and her sense of humor made house hunting actually fun. I don't think you could find a better realtor than Colleen.
