I reached out to Brent to set up a showing for one of his properties and was told one of his agents would get in touch with me. After not hearing anything for more than a day, I contacted him again and was now told that he had no one available to show the property. I felt that he wasted my time in a very unprofessional way, but beyond that, I would be very upset as a seller to realize that the agent I was paying a large commission to was turning away potential buyers.
