Honestly, I did not know Bryan Sarsfield prior to my loan officer recommending him. She indicated that he was awesome. My experience was exactly that -Awesome. He really listened to me for what I was looking for -I had a price point, location and home requirements. I told him I was patient on waiting on the right property and he didn't push me into something that didn't meet my list of criteria. He found me a home that is better than what I was looking for. When we made the offer, he had to roll up his sleeves a few times to keep things moving along. We closed in less than a month. He knows real-estate and the market. He was available ALL the time. I never had to reach out to him twice on an ask. I would use him again and again and recommend him to anyone.

Bryan was extremely helpful in helping me sell my deceased sister's home. He walked me through every step of the process, gave helpful comments and tips in getting the house ready for sale. He always provided me with daily updates of the activity of the showings and how to improve getting it sold faster. He was ever so cordial and made the sale go through smoothly. I highly recommend his services!
