Kimberly and her team were awesome to work with and we knew from our first interview .... they bring something special to the table & they put extra time and effort to help stage our home which helped when the professional photos were taken & posted. Their work paid off as our home was sold the first weekend it hit the market. We highly recommend Kimberly & her team.

This review is late in coming, but I just wanted to share my experience working with Kimberly. Calling her to help sell our house was the best decision we made! After working for months to prepare the house for sale I was stuck on what to do next - Kimberly came in and made the rest easy. She explained the whole process - never pushy - walked through our house and told us exactly what we needed to do next. She had contractor recommendations available (if needed) at extremely reasonable prices to help with the final details. When the time came, her team staged my house in just a few hours and we couldn't believe the transformation! Our house sold in one weekend at an amazing price. You won't regret calling Kimberly if you need to sell. She's the best!

Kimberly Zahand and team were wonderful to work with. They took the time to understand my requirements and showed me homes that matched these. They were extremely patient during the entire home buying process. I never felt pressured to decide even after viewing many homes. My agent was very proactive in sending me newly listed properties. The agent took the time to explain the pros and cons of each property we visited. They were very punctual and flexible with viewing appointments. When I found a home that I liked my agent advised me on making the best offer in this competitive market and I was able to purchase the home I loved.
