Best realtor ever. No pressure and made sure that I understood everything. Always available for my frantic calls no matter the time of day. Really felt like I was his only client. Sold my home before the open house.... Loved working with him! Saved me a ton of money!

We had the opportunity to work with Chris when we decided to sell our home, we interviewed a few real estate agents and by far Chris was the most thorough and prepared of them all! He provided great advice and marketed our home in such a professional manner, photos were done professionally and made our homes best qualities stand out. We had a buyer in no time! However I was 8 months pregnant at the time and I had a change of heart and we pulled out of selling. Regardless he got the job done and when we do sell we would definitely use him and I highly recommend him to anyone, especially military as he is a military man and it shows!

When my family met Chris for our listing appointment, I could tell within the first 5 minutes that this was the guy to list my home. He was on time; he was professional, and he knew the market trends. There was a price that I wanted to get to and with his marketing skills he was able to get my property in front of as many buyers as possible. With a multiple offer situation, we were able to exceed the number I wanted for my home and it put my family in an even better position on our purchase where Chris was able to negotiate a below asking price. Overall, we had a great experience working with Chris and we will be recommending him to all our friends and new neighbors.
