Elyse kept us informed, quickly found buyers and negotiated well on our behalf. I really appreciated her willingness to quickly obtain and provide potential buyers' feedback. She was great, and I'll certainly work with her again.

Elyse worked and worked trying to help me find and buy my first and only house. She and I looked what seemed like forever. She was very informative and especially patient with me. Without her professionalism and knowledge I'm sure I would have given up. I was overwhelmed and she made it happen. That was 5 years ago and to this day she stays in contact with me. I would recommend her to anyone!

My wife, Joan, and I decided one morning over coffee to retire to Boise, ID. without forethought. If you know me you'll understand the previous statement. Lacking a map of the area, we stumbled into Caldwell and in short order were lost. As luck would have it, we asked a man for directions and asked "if by the way, do you know a good realtor?" He recommend Elyse and said she had grown up in the area and knew it well. We contacted Elyse, and the next day she had us out looking for homes. She gave us a lot of time to look and knew the history of the various areas, the builders involved, and other poignant facts. we found our home, which we absolutely love, and with her oversight the escrow closed earlier than planned. The rest is history. She is GREAT and we highly recommend her !!!

Elyse was extremely helpful to us in buying a house that was in foreclosure. We feel very fortunate to have had Elyse in our corner. She was never too busy for us, no matter what time we needed an answer, or to show us the house. She is a great agent, and person!
