We truly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Torrie to help us sell our old home and buy our new one here in Idaho. From start to finish, the entire process felt organized, smooth, and so much less stressful than we expected. Torrie went above and beyond with communication, marketing, and negotiation. Our home sold quickly, and we always felt confident knowing she had everything handled. When it came to buying our new home, she truly advocated for us, answered every question (big or small), and made sure we understood every step of the process. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. We never felt like just another transaction — she cared about our family and finding the right fit for us. Absolutely worth it. If you’re buying, selling, or doing both at the same time in Idaho, Torrie is who you want in your corner. We are so grateful for her and couldn’t recommend her more!

Jacob helped us buy our first house, walked us through the entire process and helped with so much more than I expected. (He even came over to help us tear out the old carpet!) Highly recommend him and the Finding 43 Realty team!

Torrie was wonderful to work with. She truly made the home-buying process feel much less stressful. She’s easygoing, responsive, and went out of her way to show us a wide variety of homes in different areas so we could find the right fit. Her knowledge and guidance gave us so much confidence throughout the process. I would absolutely work with her again for our next home purchase.

We really enjoyed working with Bruce. We were connected to him via Zillow very early in our search process - when we were still in the "surfing zillow" stage from our home in Boulder, CO, where we had lived for 27 years. Bruce spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with us to understand exactly what we were looking for... and weren't looking for. As a result by the time we were able to come on a house hunting trip we'd narrowed down the choices to a few specific areas and houses. When we found the house we were ready to offer on Bruce did a great job understanding what the sellers interests were and we were able to place an offer which was a fair price and met their desire for a quick and clean closing. After the sale Bruce remained super helpful during our move - meeting repair crews, disposing of furniture that came with the house that didn't fit our plans, meeting the inspector, even tracking down the original finish carpenter for us when we needed repairs to some baseboards and trim. We can't say enough good things about Bruce and his calm, but action oriented approach.

Torrie did an amazing job helping me buy my home! She was knowledgeable & was always available to take my call or answer questions. I felt I could trust her & she was good at explaining the process. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.
