We chose Darcie as our real estate agent when we decided to sale our house. Selling a home can be stressful and Darcie was very understanding and supportive while doing a very good job promoting our house. She was always available to answer questions and kept us updated regularly. Our home was sold quickly. Julie found our home for us during the pandemic, and so the home buying process was very different for us. She was very much in tune with not just what we were looking for, but with what we needed. She found us the perfect home, in the perfect location, at a price we could afford. We bought our home while it was under construction. No electricity, fixtures, or finish work plus the appliances were still in boxes. She sent pictures of the progress up until completion. And she gave us a virtual tour of our home during final inspection / walkthrough. I put 100% of my faith and trust in Julie, and she not only delivered, but far exceeded what I could have hoped for.
