Chris goes above and beyond!! We feel like we got such a personalized experience with him since he really understood exactly what we were looking for. He made the whole process feel less overwhelming and we strongly felt that he was in our corner with support during every step of the way. He was also so patient with our two young kids who can get a little rambunctious during an open house! They would always get so excited when they knew we were going to see Chris! We feel so lucky that we got to work with him!

Highly recommend. Chris was flexible when I had to shift timing of my sale. He was insightful and easy to work with. The sale could not have gone better or more smooth. NEW Selling a home is a stressful event and I was beyond stressed throughout the process. I however got lucky in having Chris as my realtor he went above and beyond. We had an emergency leak and I was not in town. Chris stepped up, got fans, plumbers and the city organized to get it fixed immediately. He talked me off the stress ledge on several occasions. In the end I got a great price for the home, with Chris leading the way. I can’t recommend Chris enough as a realtor/partner in the sale or purchase of your next home.
