Chris was a fantastic advisor, partner and even a project manager as we sold our Sunset Hill home of 37 years while we were out of the country. Even as we were traveling in remote internet-challenged locations, Chris’s communication was timely and clear. He helped us prepare and price our home so that it sold in two days, for above our listing price, even in a challenging market. Chris was fantastic! My wife and I sold our Seattle home after moving to another state. Chris did a great job of handling every step in the process. He kept us informed, and he handled the stagers—everything. Selling a home can be really stressful, but with help from Chris, it was great. Chris did an outstanding job with the sale of my home. His knowledge and expertise are top notch!! If there were 10 stars, I would give him a 10-star rating. I moved to another state and was nervous about not being there during the process. Chris eased my mind making the process smooth for me. I was quite impressed with how quickly the house sold and closed. I was so impressed with all the perks: the staging, upbeat video, 3-D tour, amazing photos. If I had another home to sell there, I would be calling Chris. He is also one of the kindest people you will meet. Thank you Chris from the bottom of my heart!

Chris really goes above and beyond for his clients. He arranged for gorgeous staging, professional photography including drone photos, and deep cleaning to help get our home ready for sale. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the transaction and kept regular communication throughout the process, ensuring a smooth sale for all parties involved. I highly recommend Chris, who is a very skilled and knowledgeable realtor. He also has a great personality and is excellent to work with. As my agent, he adeptly handled the listing, and sale of an estate home, and all of the steps involved. He provided excellent service and a very competitive realtor fee. He proactively made recommendations throughout the process, always advising - but never pushing. Chris’ excellent service included: market valuation, cleaning/staging, marketing with professional photos and drone video, MLS listing, offer and multiple offers analysis and negotiation strategy, and pre-closing tasks. I recommend Chris to family and friends, and will not hesitate to partner with him again on my future realtor needs.
