Cannot say enough about the incredible job Cheyenne did in getting the deal done on our new home. For various reasons I won't go into, the deal took 6 months to come to fruition and involved countless hours of discussions, negotiations, evaluations, numerous stops and starts and lots and lots of angst and frustration through the entire process. Cheyenne was amazing thru it all, never letting it get to him and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude while encouraging us to stay patient. He should change his name to Cheyenne 'don't worry I got this' Alred as he was constantly assuring us to not worry, that he was going to make sure it was going to get it done. To say I would recommend Cheyenne to anyone buying or selling a home would be the understatement of the year. I wouldn't consider for a millisecond ever using anyone else.

As a first time home buyer, I could not have had a better agent to work with than Cheyenne. After looking at our first few houses together, Cheyenne very quickly got a good feel for what we were after and helped to finer tune our search for that perfect home. Always professional, highly personable, it was without a doubt a less stressful endeavor with Cheyenne at our side. He made clear that my wife & I should ask any question we had at any moment we had it and was always available to help us through this process. I never expected to have a go-to realty agent in my address book, but now that I do I’m thrilled that it’s Cheyenne.
