Ms. Carters provided us with exceptional service. She explained everything throughout the process and for me as a first time buyer that was very important. Even after the closing of the property if I have a question regarding anything on the contract, warranties of the property on even on getting another property, she is very responsive and very knowledgeable.

Charnise did a fantastic job with sales prep, staging, marketing, customer communication, and was an overall super agent. Living 1200 miles away from the house, it was extremely comforting knowing that someone so competent was driving the sale. I worked with Charnise Calhoun Carter in the Fall of 2020 to find my home. In Sept. 2020 I shared with Charnise that I was looking to be in a new home by year’s end and thanks to her and her team, I closed on a home and moved in within 7 weeks.
