I was referred to Charnise by a good friend, and although I did not know her personally at the time, she exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, she shared that she has a strong record of selling homes within 30 days. She absolutely kept her promise. Ms. Carters provided us with exceptional service. She explained everything throughout the process and for me as a first time buyer that was very important. Even after the closing of the property if I have a question regarding anything on the contract, warranties of the property on even on getting another property, she is very responsive and very knowledgeable.

Charnise did a fantastic job with sales prep, staging, marketing, customer communication, and was an overall super agent. Living 1200 miles away from the house, it was extremely comforting knowing that someone so competent was driving the sale. I worked with Charnise Calhoun Carter in the Fall of 2020 to find my home. In Sept. 2020 I shared with Charnise that I was looking to be in a new home by year’s end and thanks to her and her team, I closed on a home and moved in within 7 weeks. From start to finish, her responsiveness, professionalism, and management of the other stakeholders involved was simply unmatched. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous going into this process but Charnise guided me through each step, providing me with the information I needed to make a decision.
