Highly Recommend Charles! Charles was excellent to work with! As first-time buyers, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, professional, and never pushy. Charles really listened to what we were looking for and delivered. He was always prompt in answering emails and texts, worked around my husband’s and my busy schedule, and explained everything thoroughly. He also negotiated in a way that was fair for both us as buyers and the seller, which made the process even better. We will definitely work with him again and highly recommend him!

Charles is an outstanding professional. He guided us through the entire process with efficient expertise. We had multiple offers within days of listing. He explained why some offers were better than others. We ended up going with his recommendation and we’re quite happy we did. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. His team was very thorough photographing and videoing our property for listing, complete with drone footage. I would highly recommend Charles and his team to sell your property.

Charles was great in explaining the entire process from recommended repairs prior to listing, providing current market value, providing recommendations for staging, explaining documents needed for disclosures, offering opinions on purchase offers, and steps leading up to closing. Very professional throughout the process.

I had a great experience with Charles! He is very knowledgeable and works very hard to show listings, give advice if needed, and explain any of the process buying a home. His advice and skill at writing up an offer had me under contract with a house very quickly. If I ever sell/buy a house again, I will be going with Charles.
