Also helped my family find a house with all of our weird needs in a home, which was very important to us. He kept things realistic and made sure we knew what we were doing and understood it.

Charles did a great job assisting my daughter and I on buying her first home that I was helping her with a downpayment. He listened to my daughter’s wants in a house and helped us get one that she thought was out of her price range. We saw the house and he did some analysis on pricing and helped us get to a price range that worked! She is loving her new house & location. Thanks for the great service Chuck!
