Chad helped us get our dream family cottage over the summer. He was amazing every step of the way. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made sure we were informed and comfortable with everything. We cannot recommend him enough!

Chad represented us during the purchase of our first home. He was very attentive to our needs and helped us through some of the hurdles during the negotiation process. He gave us great advice and he also gave us great ideas and support after we purchased our home. His professionalism was top notch and we highly recommend him as we will use him again in the future!

I can't speak highly enough of my home buying experience with Chad Hagar. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Chad, but I knew instantly upon our meeting that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (not afraid to get down and dirty to show potential problems during a showing), and extremely hard working and diligent in his work. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and the housing worth from inside to out. He really helped to take the pressure off of me. We ended up seeing around 7 showings and I never once felt forced to make an offer. When I finally found the "one", which was slated for sale by owner, (and ended up in a huge bidding war), Chad walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Chad for that every day! I have several friends either looking for homes or thinking about selling, and will always recommend Chad to them! He is the best in the business.

Being a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions, not only with the real estate part but the financial aspect as well. Chad was always there to answer them with an upbeat and positive attitude. Even after the 20 or so so homes he walked me through, he always gave his honest and experienced feedback. He went above and beyond to make this big leap super comfortable for me.

Chad is extremely reliable and consistent when it comes to helping out with any real estate needs. He will go out of his way to make sure your experience will go as smooth as possible! He helped me find the perfect first home in a very busy market, I highly recommend Chad!
