Frank did an amazing job, with every aspect of the sale of my condominium. His knowledge of the area was key in setting a competitive and realistic price. I was so impressed with the marketing of my home, which included Frank's Professional Real Estate experience, amazing listing pictures and a video, highlighting every aspect of my home, giving prospective buyers a reason to come check it out. I credit all these techniques to the tremendous turnout he had at the open house. Frank helped me in reviewing offers and determining my best option. Frank was completely involved with every aspect of the closing process, so I knew exactly what to expect that day. I highly recommend Frank in assisting anyone with such a major life decision.

Frank made buying and selling our house a seamless process! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Rochester area and had amazing local inspectors, contractors, and photographers. Frank was always on top of communication, giving us updates every step of the way. Already recommended Frank to our family members!

Frank did a fantastic job helping me find my new home during my first-time home buying process! Frank helped greatly with his many reputable contacts he could refer me to along the way. His knowledge helped me find the best home possible and quickly was able to determine if it was a good deal. He made the buying process simple and easy for me to understand by clearly letting me know what I needed to do at each step of the way. Frank has an enormous amount of patience. He kept telling us we would know when it was the right one. We knew he was right as he’s helped numerous friends and relatives buy or sell their homes. He found a house that fit our terms BEFORE it hit the market. And he truly did find us the right one! We are incredibly happy in our new home and especially thankful that Frank was able to sell our former home in such a short period of time. Highly recommend Frank Nutt, and have to many!
