I rented a property (925 5th Ave, Apt D3, Kirkland, WA 98033) through this real estate agent in 8/2022, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. Here are some key points to consider: Misleading Fireplace: The listing showcased a lovely fireplace, but it turned out to be purely for aesthetic purposes. Attempting to use it filled the room with smoke due to an inadequate chimney. Additionally, running the kitchen vent exacerbated the issue by drawing in smoke from the neighbor's unit. Drainage Problems: The showers didn't drain properly upon move-in. After a shower, you would find yourself standing in a pool of water, which was not only inconvenient but also unsanitary. Garage Door Woes: The garage door was non-functional upon move-in, which was a significant inconvenience, especially for those with vehicles. Delayed Key Turnover: The landlords failed to meet the agreed-upon key turnover deadline. Despite being informed that the unit had been vacant for a month, there was inexplicable procrastination in cleaning and preparing the property. Misleading Lighting: The photographs provided gave the impression of well-lit rooms, but the reality was quite the opposite. The apartment was surprisingly dark, which was disappointing and affected the overall ambiance. Persistent Neighbor Issues: The tenant in the unit below consistently smoked marijuana, and the odors permeated the walls, making the entire apartment smell. This was particularly concerning if you have children or sensitivities to such odors. Electrical Problems: The living room breakers frequently tripped, causing inconvenient disruptions. In summary, my experience with this rental property was marred by numerous issues, including misleading representations and practical inconveniences. While the real estate agent played a role in facilitating the rental, the overall quality of the property left much to be desired.

Celeste was fabulous. She had my house sold in 3 days, and process finished less than 30 days from my signing the papers with her. I cannot sing her praises high enough. She and her team are go-getters. Her knowledge of the market, advertising, staging, etc was top-notch.

Celeste was great to work with. There were time restraints due to her being in Seattle and me being in Florida. Celeste was very knowledgeable regarding to things that would help sell the property. She also has friendly staff that will reach out when necessary. Overall, it was a good experience.
