Celeste did a great job keeping everyone on track and on the path towards closing. She is very professional and punctual even when the other side of the negotiations were having a difficult time figuring out whether or not they wanted to continue with the agreement. I highly recommend her to help you sell your home or help you find one to buy as well.

Very solid experience working with Celeste and her team to sell our home. She took care of everything, which was immensely helpful given that we lived 40 minutes away from the house we were selling. This included coordinating with handymen for repairs, landscapers, furniture movers, etc. - this took a huge load off my plate. Beyond that, I think her overall listing strategy (marketing, pricing, comp analysis, etc) was very well thought out and executed. The staging, photos and videos were very high quality, tasteful and professional. Where I think Celeste really shines is in her negotiation skills. We received two offers and were able leverage them against one another to successfully close at our asking price. Throughout these negotiations, Celeste was patient, responsive, listened and did not exert any pressure on us to make a decision one way or the other. Very fair, calm and level headed approach. Much appreciated.

Working with Celeste was an absolute dream. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our condo search. She meticulously vetted all the properties we were interested in, ensuring every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail with the paperwork was incredible—everything was handled flawlessly.
